Charles earned his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. As an attorney admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Charles’ practice and professional life is dedicated to advocating for the victims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace.
During law school, Charles focused his studies on trial advocacy and honed his trial and appellate advocacy skills by competing nationally on both Villanova’s National Trial Team, and Moot Court Board. He interned for the Honorable Linda A. Carpenter in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He also represented defendants in criminal hearings as a Certified Legal Intern with the Philadelphia Defender Association.

Prior to attending law school, Charles graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Philosophy and subsequently earned a paralegal certificate from Widener University’s Legal Education Institute. As a paralegal, Charles worked managing a busy law practice in Delaware and surrounding areas.

Charles also brought his passion for technology to the courtroom as a trial technician. In this role, Charles was responsible for organizing, managing and presenting evidence using the latest courtroom technology in nearly a dozen complex jury trials. He was invited to speak as a panel member on trial technology at the 2015 Delaware Trial Lawyers Association annual convention. Charles brings to his career as an attorney nearly a decade of practical experience working in every aspect of the litigation process.
Outside of the office, Charles enjoys hiking and mountain biking in Wissahickon Valley Park, woodworking, and rooting for Villanova basketball and Philadelphia’s sports teams.
