Rachel is a Managing Attorney at the Firm, concentrating on Employment Discrimination and Civil Rights cases, where she exclusively represents Plaintiffs, employees, and other individuals who have been victims of discrimination. Simply put, she is a zealous advocate for the underdog and a spearhead against injustice.
Rachel fights fiercely for her client’s best interest, whether that be resolving their case efficiently through out-of-court settlements or pursuing their claims with the full force of the legal process. She has secured millions of dollars in pre-litigation settlements for her clients and is an esteemed negotiator and litigator, well-respected by her peers and adversaries alike.
Rachel’s primary practice presently focuses on sexual harassment; sex/gender, pregnancy, maternity, and parental discrimination claims, as she is a passionate advocate for women and working parents like herself.
With well-over a decade of legal experience, Rachel earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, where she attended as an evening student while working full-time as a Paralegal. Rachel has extensive experience representing clients in civil litigations and class actions, from inception through trial and even on appeal.
Rachel is an advocate at heart, having built an entire career in helping people who are in need, yet cannot help themselves. In her free time, she is an avid skier and scuba diver, traveling around the world in pursuit of these passions.
