Karla Anzora Gil

Karla Anzora is an employment law attorney dedicated to advocating for employees facing workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability-related violations, and wrongful termination. Prior to becoming an attorney, Karla worked extensively on employment matters involving federal and state labor protections, assisting with case development, mediation preparation, and litigation support.

Karla earned her Juris Doctor with a strong commitment to advocacy and access to justice. Throughout her legal career, she has developed experience handling matters involving Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and corresponding state employment laws. She is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult moments in their professional lives with compassion, diligence, and integrity.

Known for her detail-oriented approach and strong client communication, Karla strives to ensure that employees feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout the legal process. Her practice is driven by a genuine desire to protect workers’ rights and hold employers accountable when unlawful conduct occurs.
