Kyle T. MacDonald is the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Miami office, where he represents individuals in a wide range of employment and civil rights cases. His practice includes employment disputes—such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims—as well as complex civil rights matters involving the Fair Housing Act, Title IX, and other state, federal, and local laws.
Mr. MacDonald earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University, where he served as Student Body President. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law as a Dean’s Scholar. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review, and his article on employee misclassification was selected for publication in the Law Review’s 16th Volume. His legal practice is built on a strong academic foundation in employment law and practical litigation experience.
