Elisabeth Pearson

Elisabeth Pearson is a dedicated attorney and advocate committed to protecting employees’ rights and holding employers accountable. Elisabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from George Washington University, before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she was honored with the prestigious Trustee Award Scholarship. During law school, Elisabeth was an active member of the Legal Association for Women and gained hands-on legal experience through the Small Business and Non-Profit Clinic.

Prior to focusing her practice on employment law, Elisabeth handled civil litigation matters in New York Civil and Supreme Courts, building a strong command of the New York City court system and establishing herself as an effective and committed advocate for her clients at every stage of litigation.
