She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Clark University and is admitted to practice in New York.

Outside of her legal practice, Shannon enjoys crafting, cooking, and spending time with her family. She explores New York City’s neighborhoods, parks, food, and arts scenes with enthusiasm for everything the city offers.
