Biography

Patricia received her bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence/Pre-law from the University of Baltimore where she graduated summa cum laude. Prior to graduating, Patricia received her Paralegal Certificate and Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Anne Arundel Community College, an American Bar Accredited College. While attending Anne Arundel, Patricia served on the Domestic Violence Task Force which sought to spread awareness of domestic violence in Maryland. Because of her passion for law and serving others, Patricia worked full time at an Annapolis and Baltimore based law firm while pursuing her education. This helped her to maximize her legal experience and learn invaluable tools to aid her attorneys and clients in all areas of litigation. Patricia moved to Philadelphia to join the Derek Smith Law Group because she truly believes in the mission of the firm of attaining justice for those wronged by their employers. In her free time, Patricia enjoys exploring Philadelphia, spending time in the great outdoors, and supporting local businesses.

Interesting facts about Patricia:
Patricia was homeschooled through the start of 9th grade. In her free time, Patricia volunteers with the youth in Kensington, as well as at homeless and drug addiction outreaches throughout Kensington.
