NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. – Jazmia Inserillo the NYPD officer who files a sexual harassment suit against her lieutenant is collecting $110,000 from New York City as part a settlement agreement reach this month. NYPD lieutenant Jason Margolis, who retaliated against her after she reported his sexual harassment to superiors is also required to pay $2,500 as part of the sexual harassment settlement. Margolis allegedly invited his subordinate out to bars, parties and one time drove her to his residence saying that his wife was not home. Jazmia speaking through her attorney is pleased with the settlement.
