John C. Luke, Jr.
Employment law attorney John C. Luke, Jr. brings impressive experience and successful results to the Derek Smith Law Group, PLLC. After earning his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Temple University, Mr. Luke obtained his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.
Before joining the Derek Smith Law Group, Mr. Luke achieved success as a solo practitioner and as a government contractor for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. At the D.O.J., Mr. Luke was a member of a taskforce designed to analyze residential mortgage-backed securities. Currently, Attorney Luke upholds the rights of the unprotected in New York City by representing clients in labor and employment law cases. Many of his cases involve sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and wage and hour violations.
Throughout the span of his remarkable career, John C. Luke has obtained several six-figure settlements and has successfully won cases against Fortune-500 Companies. He continues to fight for positive results for each and every one of his clients.
John C. Luke keeps busy in his spare time with his wife and four-year-old son. Notably, Mr. Luke wrote his own novel and has participated in several marathons.
