Attorney Arcé is an experienced New Jersey sexual harassment lawyer who also practices employment discrimination throughout New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Arcé worked in the food service industry for twelve years as a chef. Having worked in the United States, Mexico, and Europe, and having experienced a broad range of management-employee approaches within the hospitality industry, Attorney Arcé has gained a unique perspective towards employment law, from both an employee’s and employer’s standpoint. Attorney Arcé utilizes this familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of the employee-employer relationship to resolve the issues, unique to each client’s case, to the client’s advantage.
